What size should an Instagram post be?
1080x1350 (4:5 portrait) takes up the most room in the feed. 1080x1080 square also works. Reels and Stories are 1080x1920 (9:16).
What size is a Pinterest pin?
1000x1500 (2:3). Taller pins get cropped in the feed.
Crop or fit?
"Fill" crops the edges so the image covers the whole frame. "Fit" keeps the whole image and adds a background colour of your choice.
