How credits work
Paid plans come with monthly credits that AI generation draws on. A pin strategy is 10 credits, an image 21, an Instagram post 19, a high-res listing image 53; voiced or avatar reels scale with length. Publishing and scheduling never cost credits on a paid plan — posting is unlimited.
Monthly credits refresh in full each cycle and don't roll over. One-off top-ups never expire. Output estimates on each plan are approximate — actual usage depends on format, AI provider and media type.
What happens when you hit a limit
- Free plan, post limit: scheduling pauses until the 1st of next month. Drafts and anything already scheduled stay put.
- Free plan, channel limit: connecting a fourth channel asks you to upgrade; your first three keep working. Store integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce) never count.
- Paid plan, out of credits: generation pauses until your credits refresh or you buy a top-up. Publishing and scheduled posts keep running.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - no long-term contract. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current paid period, so you keep full access until then. You can also pause and resume later; your brand memos, history and learnings stay intact.
